I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Registered Social Worker, bringing over 10 years of experience as a mental health advocate in non-profit and private practice environments. I have had a diverse career working in youth justice, mental health and substance use, crisis management, and palliative care environments, alongside children, youth, adults, and the young at heart. I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship ruptures, identity questioning, ADHD & grief and loss and hold post-graduate certificates in neuro-affirming care (ADHD/Autism Spectrum) and First Responder Mental Health. I am currently completing training through the Neufeld Institute to become a registered attachment-based developmental Parent Consultant.

My approach to counselling and human connection is trauma-informed, attachment-based and person-centered. I step into my workday with deep gratitude for those who allow me to walk alongside their journey. I weave therapeutic tools and life experience into our work together to support a collaborative process and genuine connection.

I am a seeker of sunshine, fresh air and a good cup of tea. I know first-hand that life is hard and wherever you go, there you are. I am no stranger to being a client and regularly engage with my own mental health support system.
